The pillars of IcFEM Mission.

Spiritual Empowerment:

Community sentinel and intercessory services, Evangelism and Gospel outreach, Discipleship and Village Discipleship Schools, Children’s Church, Pastoral care and spiritual support to Families and Youth, Church Leadership Development ,Student ministry in Schools and Colleges.

Education, Skills Development and Primary Health Care:

The aim is to enable vulnerable communities achieve basic education, through increased enrolment, retention and completion of pre-primary, primary and secondary education with the following objectives: Student sponsorship, Basic and Higher Education Revolving Loan scheme, Student Internships and Discipleship, Global Schools’ Partnership Programme, Gap year and Gap programme”

Economic Empowerment:

Economic Empowerment aims at enabling communities to become economically stable and self-reliant. Develops their entrepreneurship, savings and credit skills, and especially in agribusiness activities in a culture of six days work and one day’s rest. This is achieved through the following strategic initiatives: Food security, Environmental Stewardship, Primary Health Care, Employment and Income Generating Activities, Savings, Credit and Investing

 

Mercy & Justice and Relief Pillar:

The pillar focuses on the greatest commandment “Loving your neighbor as you love yourself, Mathew 22: 39 and the parable of the Good Samaritan Luke 10: 25-37, Micah 6:8, James 1:27, Mathew 25:33(NIV). Strategic pillar initiatives include Support for Orphans and widows, Bethesda Pool Programme (Support for the people living with disabilities), Support for the Elderly, Care for the Terminally ill, Disaster Responses and Emergency Relief, Care for Community Ex-offenders

Formation and Establishment of Mission Institutions:

The aim is to consolidate best practices of the Kingdom Formation that IcFEM carries out into a self-supporting and sustainable progression in communities with the following strategic initiatives: Dreamland Mission Hospital – Level Four (already in place), Dreamland Mission Schools (Day-care Centre, ECD and Nursery Sch, Lower and Upper primary and Secondary Schools)- (already in place is Primary and Nursery), IcFEM Dreamland Medical Training College, Dreamland Mission Centre for Vulnerable Children (IDM-CVC), Dreamland Mission Centre for The Vulnerable Senior- Citizen (IDM-CVSC), IcFEM College of Transformation Studies (ICTS) includes Vocational Centre training), IcFEM Institute of Accelerated Community Transformation Studies (IIACTS), IcFEM Christian Community Centres (at least one in every LTU)- (in the making) Interchristian Fellowships University (in the making)

 

Partnership and Networking:

The MAIN Mission Partner and Collaborator remains the Holy Spirit. However, the Mission also knows that the Holy Spirit works through people and other corporate entities to deliver on God’s mandate. Some of our partners include: Smile Train, Project Possible, CBM, CHAK, Ministry of Health, County Government of Bungoma, Brewers Paint Company, Journey to Freedom, USAID (Dumisha\komesha)
